SERVICES
Peer Mentorship: Mentors with lived experiences can share lessons learned about their reentry process, and guide returning citizens on how to set goals, improve communication and interview techniques, and other life skills.

Pro-Social Activities: Incentivizing good behavior and promoting pro-social activities, or healthy hobbies, is one of the top ways to reduce recidivism. Activities that PoP hosts may include pickleball, walks on the beach, yoga, board games, and more.

Transportation: Instead of relying on public transportation, PoP can pick up people from prison/jail and drive them home. There may be opportunities for PoP to drive people to other locations for important reasons, such as for job interviews and cognitive behavioral programming.

Donation Pick-Up: PoP will pick-up unwanted clothing and furniture for free. Donations will be shared with returning citizens.

Basic Needs: PoP can give returning citizens water, food, clothes, toiletries, and more.

Referrals: Due to local collaborations, PoP can link returning citizens with housing and job assistance, behavioral health treatment, and other programs that may have more resources for each person’s specific needs.
